Woodburning Stove Area and Fireplace Facelift

We recently finished up a wood burning stove hearth and cultured stone wall. The original wall and floor was some ugly brick. The stone on the floor is Oklahoma Flagstone. The fireplace in the family room area also recieved a facelift as well. That was some ugly brick too. The cultured stone and flagstone combination gave the room more of a warm feeling.

Very nice! I love the way the different stones are blended to reveal an excellent reflection of the layers of good ole Mother Earth. No one can completely capture Her masterpiece, but you have made a marvelous attempt. Simply Beautiful.
